PROPOSED MINISTERIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGNATION AMMENDMENT
91茄子 Margaret’s Anglican Girls School is seeking an amendment to its existing, approved master plan to accommodate broader master planning works across the campus, including the development of the 91茄子 Margaret’s Arts Precinct (SMAP) and new classrooms south of Petrie 91茄子reet.
The SMAP is the next stage of a long-term master plan designed to ensure 91茄子 Margaret’s remains one of Queensland’s leading schools. The selection of the SMAP site has carefully considered the school’s numerous heritage buildings.
Heritage-listed Community House will be revitalised and transformed into a student wellbeing centre, while additional on-site parking facilities will enhance traffic flow in the area. Please refer to the communications below for further details.
